Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Gift Vouchers

1. Seller

Brud Rud s.r.o., company ID 19841426, with its registered office at Konviktská 291/24, 110 00 Prague 1 (the “seller”), operator of Next Level Barber, Vojenova 2540/8, 180 00 Prague 8.

The seller is not a VAT payer. The prices shown are final.

2. Subject matter

These terms govern the sale of electronic gift vouchers for Next Level Barber services through the website nextlevelbarber.cz. Each voucher is always for one specific service listed in the offer and is valid only at the Next Level Barber premises.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The buyer selects a voucher, fills in their name and e-mail and, optionally, the recipient’s name and a message, and confirms their agreement with these terms. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment.

4. Price and payment

The price of the voucher is shown with each service on the website. Payment is made online by card through the Stripe payment gateway. Card details are processed solely by Stripe; the seller has no access to them.

5. Delivery of the voucher

The voucher with a unique code is sent to the buyer’s e-mail immediately after payment, usually within a few minutes. The e-mail also contains a link to a printable version of the voucher. If the voucher does not arrive within one hour, the buyer contacts the seller.

6. Redeeming the voucher

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from payment. The expiry date is stated on the voucher.
• The voucher is single-use and valid for the service stated on it.
• The holder books an appointment as usual, online or on site, and gives the voucher code when paying at reception.
• The voucher is transferable; anyone who presents the code may redeem it.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the holder chooses a more expensive service, they pay the difference.
• Once the validity period ends, the voucher lapses without compensation.
• If the e-mail with the voucher is lost, the seller will resend the voucher to the e-mail address given in the order, provided it has not been redeemed.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

A buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, by e-mail to info@nextlevelbarber.cz stating the voucher code. The seller will refund the money within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same method by which it was paid. Upon withdrawal the voucher lapses. If the voucher was redeemed within this period and the service was provided, the right to withdraw lapses.

8. Complaints

If the voucher does not work or has not arrived, the buyer contacts the seller at info@nextlevelbarber.cz. The seller will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

9. Personal data

The seller processes the buyer’s name and e-mail and, where provided, the recipient’s name and the message, solely to process the order and keep a record of the voucher. Payments are processed by Stripe. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the website nextlevelbarber.cz. The buyer’s data is not used to send commercial messages without their consent.

10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer may file a proposal for out-of-court resolution of a dispute with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, adr.coi.cz.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. They are effective from 2 November 2026.
